Refund policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. So in the event that you change your mind or your dog isn’t a fan of their supplement, we’ll refund your order in full. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@yelpkelp.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the product back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Your dog doesn't like the taste? 
Feeding tip: Most pets enjoy the flavour when the small amount they need is sprinkled on top of their food. YelpKelp® has a mildly salty, umami flavour they like. In the rare case that your dog does not seem to like it, use a smaller amount and gradually increase it to the recommended amount. Some dogs are more sensitive to any change in their food than others.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
