Tracking Your Order
YelpKelp Pty Ltd sends orders with Australia Post. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number. You will receive email-tracking updates from Australia Post and you can click on the link in your shipping confirmation email to locate your package.

Delivery Time
Australian Domestic orders: 3-5 business days
International orders outside Australia: 7-15 business days

Shipping And Warranties
Invalid Shipping Address: We are unable to ship domestically and / or internationally to P.O./APO/FPO boxes.
Risk of Loss: All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, YelpKelp Pty Ltd. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when YelpKelp Pty Ltd. delivers these items to the carrier. 

Return and Exchange Policy
YelpKelp Pty Ltd does not accept returns of merchandise unless defective in which case a replacement item under the policy terms described below will be provided.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise
Please contact customer service at to report any damage or defects immediately. Damaged or defective merchandise must be shipped back to YelpKelp Pty Ltd for replacement. Defective merchandise will not be accepted after 14 days of original delivery date. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us and all shipping to return the item to us. You should consider using a trackable shipping service as otherwise there may be no guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Missing Items
We understand receiving your order on time and in good condition is important to you; it’s equally important to us. We do absolutely everything possible to ship and deliver your order on time and in good condition. Please contact our customer support team at so we can immediately organise replacements for missing products. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.   

Exchanges are not accepted at this time. As we roll out more products this may change.

YelpKelp Pty Ltd provides a full refund of the purchase price if your dog does not like the taste of the supplement and the full package is shipped back to YelpKelp within 30 days of receiving the product. No other refunds will be provided relating to any other circumstances.
